I pair it with garter belt, nude stockings and red high heels. I am, then, secured with leather cuffs into a stringent strapado situation with my arms up behind my back. Johnny puts leather ankle cuffs on me, as well. But, I think these are mostly for a fetishy look, since he benevolently does not secure them together or to a spreader bar. Finally, he puts a drool inducing red ball gag in my mouth and lets me struggle around.
