Melissa comes into the doctor's office after being bitten by a very large beast. After Nurse Eva wraps it up in a bandage, she steps out of the room and the bite begins to have an unbelievable effect on her. As pain turns into an animalistic pleasure for Melissa, her body starts to transform into something inhuman and beast-like. When Nurse Eva returns to check up on Melissa, she cannot find her patient.
